Often times, copying and pasting text from MS Word into your message can cause XML text to be included in your message. Here is an example of what it might look like:

MS Word is including formatting information when you copy text from it, which may show up when emails are viewed in certain email clients. We recommend that you always copy and paste text into a Notepad, or text file, and then recopy and paste it into your HTML message. This will remove any formatting, and ensure that XML does not appear in your email.
