My reports show a very high percentage of emails as bounced. What can I do?

There can be many reasons why an email message may bounce- the recipient's email provider may have had internal issues, the email box may have been full, and so on.

You can find the server response for each bounce in the View Email Reports section of Email System.

1. Click View Email Reports

2. Click the list you would like to report.

3. Under Delivery Statistics, click on Bounced backs for hard bounced addresses and Undelivered for soft bounced addresses.

4. On the next page, click on View to view the server response for each individual address.

NOTE: Email accounts that are bounced back are automatically deactivated so that they are not sent to in future email blasts. Click on the date and time stamp next to each email address to reactivate addresses in the List Hard Bounces section.

NOTE: You can easily unsubscribe addresses that are undelivered (soft bounced) by clicking on the date and time stamp next to each email address in the List Soft Bounces section.
