My message was undeliverable to a specific address, even though it's valid. Why?

A soft bounce is usually caused by the recipient's mail server being temporarily unavailable. A second attempt should go through with no errors.


Please see this article if you feel that your email received a very large number of email bounces as seen through your email report.
